ITINERARY
Pick-up Time: 7AM-7:30AM-8AM
- 7AM: we pick you up at your accomodation and then take you to Can Tho City
- 1.30PM: Arrive the Son islet on Mekong river and enjoy these activities below:
- Visiting Tropical fruit orchards (seasonal), where you can pick fruits directly and try eating them right at the garden because it is organic.
- Visiting a Mekong Delta traditional house, learn with us how a Mekong Delta traditional house is arranged, which traditional jobs used to cohesion with locals in the past via local stories.
- Making local cakes guided by local chefs – Making Banh Khot, pop rice and Vietnamese wafer.
- Having lunch at a local house and relaxing on the hammocks.
- Walking around the authentic island, visiting many fish ponds which are made by local people.
- Having a chance to visit a floating fish farm on the Mekong river and enjoy watching the sunset on the Mekong river.
- Around 5.30PM, you will be checking in your hotel.
- 7PM: Our guide would recommend you some best restaurants and visit night market where locals gather to have fun, entertainment after work.
Day 2: Cai Rang floating market boat trip and HCM
- At 5.30AM: Our boat where you will start your tour. It takes around 30 minutes to arrive at the Cai Rang floating market. On the way, you will have a chance to watch the sunrise on the Mekong River.
- 6.15AM: You will arrive at Cai Rang floating market. Our boat driver will drive the boat slowly around the floating market so that you can enjoy observing how local people trade products on their boats and enjoy the bustling atmosphere.
- 7.00AM: Experience sitting on boats and having breakfast on the floating market which is a must-do when you visit the floating market.
- 7.45AM: Keep boating to a local noodle house where you make your own rice paper and noodles guided by local experts.
- 8.45AM: Heading to Binh Thuy Ancient House: a well-preserved traditional Vietnamese house in Can Tho, showcasing local architecture and cultural heritage.
- 11.30AM: Check-out hotel and back to the city and head back to HCM. On way, the car stops at local restaurant for lunch.
